About Alyson
Alyson Battaglia earned her J.D. from Barry University Dwayne O. Andreas School of Law in 2008. She began law school after undergraduate studies in 2005 and completed her degree in a class that entered the bar around the same time she was launching her practice. Her legal education emphasized courtroom procedure and client advocacy, foundations that have shaped her approach to practice.

Today she serves as managing partner at Legler, Murphy & Battaglia, LLP, directing both case strategy and day-to-day operations. In that role she balances litigation oversight, client relations, and administrative responsibilities.
Battaglia is licensed to practice in Florida and has held professional association membership since 2008. That steady involvement in the local bar community has kept her connected to changes in state procedure and to peers across practice areas.
