About Allison
Allison Gluvna built a foundation in the law at Duke University and the University of Florida Levin College of Law. She earned an A.B. from Duke in 2001 and a J.D. from Florida in 2004. Those years set the stage for a steady climb through both private practice and local professional groups.
Her early legal career began as an associate at Wargo & French LLP in 2004. She moved to Greenberg Traurig, P.A. in 2007, where she worked on matters typical of a large, multi-practice firm. By 2009 she was working at Mockler Law Group, where she continued to handle client matters and courtroom work. Over time she cultivated experience across state and federal forums.
Gluvna is admitted to practice in Georgia and Florida and holds admissions to the 11th Circuit and the Federal Circuit. Those credentials have allowed her to appear in a range of trial and appellate proceedings. Colleagues describe her as steady in court and attentive to procedural detail. She has navigated both state-level filings and the procedural demands of federal circuit practice.
Outside the courtroom she has been an active participant in local legal organizations. She joined the Hillsborough Association for Women Lawyers in 2008 and remains a member. She became part of the Tampa Bay Family Law Inn of Court in 2010 and continues that affiliation. She also served in the Ferguson-White Inn of Court from 2008 until 2011. Those memberships have kept her engaged with peers and current practice issues, particularly among family law practitioners and local bar networks.
Her resume reflects both large-firm and smaller-firm experience. Time at Greenberg Traurig exposed her to the infrastructure of a national firm. Work at Mockler Law Group has involved more hands-on case management and client contact. Across those settings she has handled litigation tasks, courtroom appearances, and case preparation work.
Colleagues and clients see a lawyer who balances courtroom readiness with attention to procedural rules. Her practice has spanned state and federal matters, and she continues to maintain active admissions in multiple jurisdictions. She practices at Mockler Law Group in Tampa, and her current work centers on family law and related litigation matters.
