About Allen J.

Allen J. Rosner earned a B.S. in accounting from the University of Rhode Island before turning to law. He graduated from St. John’s University School of Law in 2011. His background in numbers and formal legal training give him a blend of technical and advocacy skills.

After finishing law school Rosner established his practice in New York. He is a member of the New York State Bar and holds current membership in the New York State Trial Lawyers Association. Over the years he has concentrated his work inside the state’s courts, taking cases that require courtroom presence and careful preparation.

Rosner’s accounting degree shapes how he approaches cases. He pays particular attention to financial records, damage calculations and the factual detail they reveal. That attention helps when matters turn on economic loss or disputed valuations, where precise analysis can change the course of a file.

Colleagues describe him as methodical in building a case and deliberate when presenting evidence. He prepares witnesses, organizes documentary proof and plans trial strategy in a straightforward, organized way. His memberships reflect a practice oriented toward contested matters that may proceed to trial rather than routine transactional work.

Outside of specific courtroom responsibilities he maintains relationships within the state bar and trial lawyers association. Those connections keep him current on developments in New York practice and on procedural changes that affect litigators. He also draws on his accounting training when evaluating settlement offers and advising clients on potential recoveries.

Rosner’s professional path links accounting and law in service of litigation practice. He currently practices in New York, handling civil trial and litigation matters.
