Alan Frederick Wagner is a seasoned civil trial lawyer based in Tampa, Florida, with over four decades of experience in personal injury, medical malpractice, products liability, and legal malpractice cases. Since 1983, he has been a member of the Florida Bar, holding. He is the president and a senior partner at Wagner, McLaughlin & Whittemore, P.A., a firm dedicated to representing plaintiffs in various complex legal matters. Mr. Wagner earned his Juris Doctor with high honors from the Florida State University College of Law in 1983. Prior to that, he completed his Bachelor of Arts at Vanderbilt University in 1980.
