About Alan E.
Alan E. Krinzman trained in two Southern institutions. He earned a Bachelor of Arts from Tulane University and a J.D. from Vanderbilt University Law School. His education combined regional ties and national legal training.
After law school he entered private practice and built experience across state and federal courts in the Gulf Coast and Southeast. He became a partner at Assouline & Berlowe, P.A. in 2013. Over the years he has maintained admissions in Florida and Louisiana and is authorized to appear before the 5th and 11th U.S. Circuit Courts of Appeal. He is also admitted in several federal trial courts, including the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Louisiana, the Southern District of Florida and the Middle District of Florida.
Krinzman holds credentials outside the usual bar listings. He carries a Real Estate Sales Associate License in the State of Florida and is a LEED professional credentialed by the U.S. Green Building Council’s Green Building Certification Institute. Those qualifications sit alongside professional memberships that reflect the mix of legal and commercial interests in his work. He is a current member of the American Bar Association, the Florida and Louisiana state bar associations, and the Bankruptcy Bar Association for the Southern District of Florida. He also belongs to the Commercial Industrial Association of South Florida and the Realtor Association of Miami-Dade County.
His practice has grown at the intersection of real property, commercial business concerns and insolvency matters. He handles transactional work tied to real estate sales and development. He also represents clients in creditor and debtor-related proceedings and associated litigation. His licensing and association ties support a practice that touches both the transactional and regulatory sides of commercial property work.
Colleagues and clients encounter an attorney who combines courtroom access across multiple jurisdictions with credentials relevant to property development and sales. Krinzman’s profile reflects those institutional and professional connections rather than a single public headline case. He remains based at Assouline & Berlowe, P.A., where he represents clients in state and federal matters. He currently concentrates on commercial real estate, lender and creditor matters, and related litigation.
