About Adrian

Adrian Pandev practices immigration law from offices on both sides of the Atlantic coast. He trained as a lawyer and moved quickly into immigration work, building the kind of day-to-day practice that deals directly with clients and government procedures. Over time his work has centered on the paperwork, hearings and deadlines that define immigration practice.

Pandev is a member of the State Bar of South Carolina. That membership is current. He has established offices under the name Pandev Law in Charleston and in New York City. Those offices serve different client groups but share common systems for intake, case management and representation before immigration authorities and federal courts.

His practice covers the routine and the urgent. He handles family-based petitions, employment-based petitions, naturalization matters and a range of noncitizen relief options. He also manages removal-defense cases and advises on consular processes and waivers. Clients encounter tight filing windows and complex statutory requirements; his role is to move cases through those formal channels. He prepares written submissions, attends interviews and hearings, and coordinates with experts when medical, psychological or country-condition evidence is needed.

Colleagues describe him as methodical in handling case files and attentive in client meetings. He oversees case strategy and supervises support staff across his locations. That organizational work keeps deadlines in sight and documents in order. He also handles intake and counsel directly in many matters, particularly where quick responses are required by immigration authorities.

Pandev’s offices operate in two different regulatory environments. Charleston work involves the State Bar of South Carolina’s rules and local immigration practitioners. The New York City office serves a dense urban population and interacts frequently with local immigrant-service organizations. Running practices in both cities requires attention to local procedures and to national immigration law alike.

He publishes procedural updates for clients and circulates practical guidance to help people understand steps in case processing. He does not claim to resolve every complex political question about immigration policy. Instead, he focuses on the legal steps available to individual clients and the remedies the immigration system provides. He now practices immigration law from offices in Charleston and New York City, representing individuals and families in administrative and court proceedings.
