About Adrian Martinez

Adrian Martinez Madrone trained in the Pacific Northwest. He earned a Bachelor of Arts from The Evergreen State College in 2003. He went on to the University of Washington School of Law and received his J.D. in 2007. Those years shaped a practical approach to legal problems and a grounding in state law.

After law school, Madrone established his practice in Washington. He is admitted to practice in that state and has spent his career working with clients whose matters arise under Washington law. Over time he moved into private practice and took on a range of matters typical for a state practitioner, representing individuals and businesses in disputes and helping navigate administrative processes.

Colleagues describe him as steady in the courtroom and methodical in preparation. He has experience in litigation, where attention to procedural detail matters, and in counseling clients before regulatory bodies. He also handles transactional work that touches on local and state rules. He favors clear advice that clients can act on. He is comfortable writing briefs and pleadings, preparing witnesses for hearings, and negotiating settlements when that serves a client’s interest.

Madrone has combined courtroom work and client counseling throughout his career. He prefers to keep legal matters straightforward where possible. When cases require it, he will pursue extended litigation. His practice reflects a balance between advocacy and problem-solving. He is also involved in the administrative and logistical aspects of running a small firm, which includes client intake, case management, and coordinating with other attorneys.

He is a member of Lustick, Kaiman, & Madrone PLLC. At the firm he works alongside other attorneys handling civil matters that arise in state courts and administrative venues. The firm serves a local and regional clientele, and Madrone’s role includes managing caseloads and advising clients on next steps in pending matters. He remains based in Washington and continues to accept matters that require familiarity with state law.

Madrone’s practice draws on his years of training in Washington and his experience in both litigation and transactional settings. He is currently practicing at Lustick, Kaiman, & Madrone PLLC and focuses on matters arising under Washington law.
