About Adam
Adam Martinez has built a career in Arizona real estate law that traces back to at least 2013. He earned his J.D. from the Sandra Day O'Connor College of Law at Arizona State University and went on to work in transactional practice areas that intersect property, contracts and regulatory compliance. His formal legal training informed how he approaches deals and disputes.
Early in his career he spent time at Combs Law Group, P.C., where he worked as a real estate lawyer in 2013. That same year he took on a parallel role as owner and instructor of Combs School of Real Estate, LLC, teaching topics relevant to agents and licensees. Those experiences combined practice and education and gave him direct exposure to the business side of property transactions.
After those roles he established Martinez Law, P.L.C., a practice identified on his professional records as concentrating in real estate matters. He is a member of the State Bar of Arizona and is listed as a current real estate lawyer. His work has involved routine transactional matters as well as more complex title and contract issues that arise during sales, purchases and leasing.
Clients encounter him most often on purchases and sales of residential and commercial property, contract negotiations, title review and resolution, and landlord-tenant matters. He also assists with document preparation and closings. His background in instruction has informed how he explains legal concepts to nonlawyers and prepares documentation that aligns with industry expectations.
Martinez maintains an office at 1640 South Stapley Drive. He remains active in the State Bar of Arizona and continues to handle matters across the state. His practice draws on courtroom awareness when disputes emerge, and on transactional experience when parties seek preventive drafting and clear closing procedures.
He currently practices real estate law at Martinez Law, P.L.C., where he handles residential and commercial transactions, title disputes, leasing matters, and related contract work.
