About Adam
Adam Lutzke took a deliberate path into the law. He earned a B.A. from Indiana University–Bloomington in 2003, studying criminal justice and business. He then completed his J.D. at Saint Louis University School of Law in 2010.
He moved into practice that same year. His earliest recorded position is as an associate at Limontes Law Offices in 2010. The following year he joined Arany & Associates as an associate attorney. In 2015 he worked as an associate lawyer at Banks & Brower, LLC. In 2016 he opened his own practice, Adam S. Lutzke Law Offices, and has operated it since then.
Lutzke is authorized to practice in Indiana and in the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit. He maintains memberships in a number of professional organizations. Those affiliations include the Indianapolis Bar Association and the Indiana State Bar Association, both since 2010, and a period on the Young Lawyers Division Education Committee of the Indianapolis Bar Association from 2015 to 2016. He has also been involved with the Young Professionals of Central Indiana on the alumni board of directors since 2012.
Outside local bar associations he holds memberships in several legal groups that reflect aspects of his work. He joined the American Society of Legal Advocates and The National Advocates in 2016. He became a member of the American Institute of Family Law Lawyers in 2017 and joined the American Institute of Legal Counsel in 2018. He is also listed as a member of the Lead Counsel Review Board.
Colleagues and clients who have worked with him describe a lawyer who has steadily built his practice across a range of matters since leaving firm life. He has balanced courtroom work and client counseling, moving from associate roles into ownership of his own shop. His career shows steady involvement in professional groups at the local and national level, and ongoing engagement with both bar activities and community professional organizations. He concentrates his practice on family law and civil advocacy in Indiana and in the Seventh Circuit.
