About Adam Leo Bantner

Adam Leo Bantner II earned his law degree from Florida State University College of Law in 2006 after completing undergraduate studies in journalism at Florida Southern College in 2001. He combined legal training with an early interest in communications, a background that has informed his courtroom style and client interactions.

After law school Bantner entered practice in Florida and built a career focused on criminal defense. He advanced through courtroom roles and became board certified in Criminal Trial Law by the Florida Bar, a credential that recognizes experience and testing in trial practice. The certification marks a formal recognition of trial proficiency in state court criminal matters.

Bantner serves as president of The Bantner Firm. His professional memberships include the Florida Bar and the Federal Bar for the Middle District of Florida. He is also active in local legal organizations, holding memberships in the Hillsborough County Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers, the Hillsborough County Bar Association, and the Brandon Bar Association. Outside legal groups, he is a member of the Greater Brandon Chamber of Commerce and participates in the Florida Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers.

His practice covers trials and pretrial work. He represents clients in a range of criminal matters and appears in both state and federal courts. Colleagues and opponents note his courtroom presence and his experience handling contested hearings and jury trials. That practical trial experience underpins his approach to case preparation and advocacy.

Bantner maintains offices that serve the Tampa Bay area. He is associated with The Bantner Firm's Tampa office and has ties to the Valrico Law Group. Those offices handle client consultations, motions work, and trial preparation. The firm’s work includes arraignments, pretrial motions, plea negotiations, and jury trials, and it operates across multiple jurisdictions in Florida.

He practices law in Florida and remains a current member of the state bar and the federal bar for the Middle District of Florida. He continues to accept criminal defense matters from his Tampa and Valrico offices and represents clients in both state and federal courts on criminal charges.
