About Adam
Adam Kielich studied law at Texas Wesleyan University School of Law. He completed his legal education there before entering practice across two states. The Texas law school provided the foundation for a career that would span both Texas and Colorado courts.
He began building his practice in the years after law school and by 2013 was the managing lawyer at The Kielich Law Office. That role put him in charge of case strategy, client intake and the daily operations of a small firm. Over time his work brought him westward and into broader litigation roles that required courtroom experience in multiple jurisdictions.
Kielich later took the role of managing lawyer at Front Range Injury Lawyers. In that position he oversees case teams and manages the firm’s approach to injury claims. His responsibilities include supervising attorneys, guiding settlement negotiations and preparing matters for trial when necessary. The move reflected a steady shift toward larger-scale plaintiff-side work and firm leadership.
He is licensed in both Texas and Colorado and maintains an active membership in the State Bar of Texas. That membership is current. Practicing in two states has required him to adapt to different procedural rules and to build familiarity with local courts on both sides of the state line.
Colleagues describe him as practical in courtroom settings and straightforward with clients. He handles investigations, evidence development and the drafting of pleadings. In arbitration and settlement talks he tends to favor clear, documented positions rather than theatrics. His approach is hands-on; he remains involved in individual file management even while overseeing office operations.
Outside the courtroom he has overseen the administrative growth of small firm practices and the transition of cases between offices. Those duties have given him perspective on what clients experience from intake to resolution. He has also worked to streamline internal procedures so that case progression is more predictable and transparent for clients.
Today he splits his time between firm management and direct client work. He practices in both Texas and Colorado and directs trial preparation when cases move beyond negotiation. He currently focuses his practice on injury cases in Colorado and Texas.
