About Adam
Adam Feldman trained at the University of Michigan, where he earned a Bachelor of Arts in psychology in 1997. He went on to receive his Juris Doctor from the University of Miami School of Law in 2001. Those years framed his early interest in how people, institutions and the law interact.
He entered public service early in his career. In 2004 he served as a Deputy County Lawyer in the Maricopa County Lawyer’s Office. That role put him inside county government and exposed him to the procedural and practical demands of public-sector litigation and courtroom practice.
By 2008 he had moved into private practice as Lead Criminal Lawyer and Head of the Criminal Division at Alcock & Associates, P.C. There he supervised criminal matters and managed case work, while handling trials and key pretrial work. The position combined supervisory responsibilities with hands-on courtroom time.
Over the years Feldman developed steady experience in criminal law and in dealing with county-level litigation. His background bridges public and private practice. He is comfortable in courtroom settings and familiar with the mechanics of criminal filings, hearings and trials. Colleagues describe him as methodical in preparation and direct in court. He has also kept ties to professional groups and maintains current membership in professional associations.
Today he practices from The Feldman Law Office PLLC. His office serves clients out of Arizona and handles matters that draw on his county and criminal practice experience. He continues to take on trial work and court appearances while managing the day-to-day responsibilities of a small firm.
Feldman’s work traces a straightforward arc: undergraduate studies in psychology, law school, public-sector litigation, criminal division leadership and private practice. He presents clients with experience in criminal proceedings and familiarity with the local legal landscape. He concentrates his practice on criminal defense and related matters.
