About Adam
Adam Dozier earned a B.B.A. in economics from Georgia Southern University in 2010 and followed that with an MBA from the same university in 2011. He later returned to legal studies and received his J.D. from Savannah Law School in 2019. Those academic steps gave him a mix of business and legal training that informs his approach to client matters.
Before entering the practice of law, Dozier worked outside the legal field. He was a store manager for a national retail chain in 2011. That role exposed him to personnel and operational issues that often arise in small-business disputes. He then joined Dozier Law, P.C. as a bankruptcy specialist in 2014, handling the technical and administrative tasks that bankruptcy practice requires.
After completing law school, he transitioned to the role of lawyer at Dozier Law, P.C. in 2019. He is licensed to practice in Georgia and maintains memberships in several professional organizations, including the American Bar Association, the Effingham County Bar Association, and the Savannah Bar Association. Those affiliations date to 2019 and continue through the present.
Dozier’s background combines business education and hands-on practice in bankruptcy matters. His earlier work as a bankruptcy specialist provided experience with filings, creditor communications, and court processes. As an attorney, he has carried that experience into client representation and case management. He handles the procedural aspects that bankruptcy practice demands as well as client counseling on financial options.
At Dozier Law, P.C., he practices in a small-firm setting. That environment requires both legal work and attention to office operations. He represents individuals and businesses in matters that include bankruptcy filings and related financial issues. Clients encounter him at each stage of the process, from initial assessment through court appearances when needed.
Outside of courtroom dates and client meetings, Dozier remains engaged with the local bar community. He participates in association activities and professional events in the Savannah area and Effingham County. He continues to draw on his combined business and legal training as he develops his practice.
He currently practices at Dozier Law, P.C., where he concentrates on bankruptcy and related consumer matters.
