About Adam David
Adam David Rossen took a conventional path into law but has built a practice that reflects a steady accumulation of courtroom work and private practice leadership. He earned his J.D. from the University of Miami School of Law in 2006. Before that he completed undergraduate studies at the University of Florida, earning both a B.A. in Criminology and a B.S. in Psychology in 2003.
Rossen began his legal career as a law clerk at Krohn & Moss LLC in 2004. He moved into public service two years later, joining the Office of the State Lawyer for the 17th Judicial Circuit as an assistant state lawyer in 2006. That role placed him in the prosecutorial arena early in his career and provided courtroom exposure at a formative stage.
In 2008 he became a founding partner of BarnerRossen P.A., shifting firmly into private practice. That venture lasted several years and set the stage for his next step. In 2015 he founded Rossen Law Office and took on the role of CEO. He has maintained the firm since then, overseeing its offices in Fort Lauderdale, Sunrise and Boca Raton and handling an array of criminal defense matters across Florida.
Rossen is admitted to practice in Florida. Over the years he has taken on memberships in several professional organizations tied to criminal and DUI defense. Those include the Broward Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers and the Florida Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers, both memberships beginning in 2015 and continuing to the present. He is listed among founding members of the America Association of Premier DUI Lawyers, and he holds memberships in the National Association of Distinguished Counsel, the National College of DUI Defense and the National Advocacy of DUI Defense. These affiliations indicate ongoing engagement with peers in criminal defense and DUI law.
His background spans public prosecution and private defense, giving him experience on both sides of the courtroom. That breadth informs how he prepares cases and counsels clients. He has handled matters out of multiple Broward County offices while operating a small firm structure in which he serves as founder and chief executive.
Rossen practices in Florida and continues to manage Rossen Law Office. His current practice focuses on criminal defense and DUI-related matters in and around Broward County, operating from Fort Lauderdale, Sunrise and Boca Raton.
