Abigail Marie Johnston is a retired attorney who practiced family law in Orlando, Florida. She was admitted to the Florida Bar on September 27, 2002, and retired from active practice in 2022. During her career, she specialized in family law, including divorce, arbitration and mediation, and juvenile law. She was admitted to practice in the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Florida. Abigail earned her Juris Doctor from Regent University School of Law in 2002. She began her legal career with The Johnston Law Firm, P.A., located at 4798 New Broad Street, Orlando, FL 32814. In 2017, she was diagnosed with de novo stage IV metastatic breast cancer, which led her to shift her focus from legal practice to patient advocacy. She serves as the Director of Mentorship, Legal Clinics, and Financial Services at Project Life, a virtual wellness house for the metastatic breast cancer community.
