About Abbie
Abbie Rosen began her legal journey at Fitchburg State College, where she earned a B.A. in 2015. She continued her studies at Suffolk University Law School and received her J.D. in 2019. Those years of study coincided with the early part of a legal market that was changing quickly, and she entered practice equipped with current classroom training and recent courtroom observations.
After law school Rosen joined KJC Law Office, LLC as a lawyer. Her role there has involved client counseling and courtroom work. She represents clients in matters that require careful preparation and attention to procedure. Colleagues describe her as methodical in assembling facts and deliberate when presenting arguments.
Rosen is admitted to practice in Massachusetts and also holds admission to the United States District Court for the District of Massachusetts. Those admissions allow her to handle cases in state trial courts and to bring or defend matters in the federal trial court that serves the state. She maintains active memberships in the Massachusetts State Bar and the Massachusetts Academy of Trial Lawyers, affiliations that connect her to continuing legal education and the trial bar community.
Her classroom background at Suffolk Law provides a foundation in litigation, evidence and professional responsibility. At KJC Law Office, LLC she translates those subjects into daily practice. That includes drafting pleadings, taking and defending depositions, preparing motions and presenting cases at hearings. She balances courtroom preparation with client counseling, explaining options and likely outcomes in clear terms so clients can make informed choices.
Rosen’s work profile reflects a steady immersion in trial-related practice. She has worked on matters in both state and federal forums and has navigated procedural rules specific to each. Within the firm she collaborates on strategy, shares research tasks and contributes to trial preparation. She also participates in programs and seminars offered by her bar associations to stay current on new developments in civil procedure and trial practice.
Outside the courtroom she remains connected to the legal community through the Massachusetts State Bar and the Massachusetts Academy of Trial Lawyers. Those memberships provide networking and educational opportunities that supplement day-to-day practice. She continues to serve clients through KJC Law Office, LLC, focusing her practice on litigation in Massachusetts and cases filed in the District of Massachusetts federal court.
