Aaron Roy Feldman is a licensed attorney admitted to practice law in the State of California. He was admitted to the California State Bar in 1982. His license is currently in active status. Mr. Feldman is the founding attorney at Feldman Law Group, a law firm located at 1855 Olympic Boulevard, Suite 125, Walnut Creek, CA 94596. He has been practicing law for over 40 years, serving clients throughout the East Bay area.
Mr. Feldman earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from the University of California, Santa Barbara, in 1978. He then obtained his Juris Doctor degree from Southwestern University School of Law in 1982. During his time at Southwestern, he developed a strong foundation in estate planning and elder law, areas that would become the focus of his legal career.
Mr. Feldman concentrates his practice in the areas of estate planning, trusts, probate, and elder law. He assists clients with drafting wills and trusts, navigating probate proceedings, and addressing special needs planning. His practice encompasses all stages of legal work, including initial consultations, document preparation, court filings, and representation in hearings and trials. He is also a trained mediator, offering alternative dispute resolution services to clients seeking to avoid litigation.
Throughout his career, Mr. Feldman has handled cases in various courts, including the Superior Court of California for the County of Contra Costa. He has also appeared before the California Court of Appeal on multiple occasions. Prior to founding his own firm, he worked as a partner at Bergstrom & Feldman from 1999 to 2001 and at Cannata & Feldman from 2003 to 2006. He has been a resident of Walnut Creek for over 20 years.
Mr. Feldman is an active member of the California Lawyers Association and its Trusts and Estates Section. He is also a member of the American Society of Special Needs Planners. In the community, he has served on the Board of Temple Isaiah in Lafayette and has been involved in various community events. He is fluent in English and Spanish, allowing him to serve a diverse clientele effectively.
