About Aaron
Aaron Delgado built his legal foundation in Florida classrooms and courtrooms. He earned a B.A. from New College of Florida in 1997 and completed his J.D. at the University of Florida in 2004. Those years set the path for a career spent largely inside the state's legal system.
After law school he gained admission to The Florida Bar in 2004 and has maintained membership since then. He holds additional admissions to the Federal Bar for the Middle District of Florida and is admitted to practice before the U.S. Supreme Court. He is also certified in Criminal Trial Law by The Florida Bar, a credential that signals courtroom experience in contested cases.
Delgado is listed as a lawyer at Aaron Delgado & Associates. He handles matters that come before state and federal tribunals. Court filings and appearances form a routine part of his work. The federal and Supreme Court admissions expand the kinds of matters he can accept beyond state court dockets.
Colleagues and clients describe his practice as trial-oriented. He conducts jury and bench trials, prepares motions, and argues evidence and procedure in court. His certification in Criminal Trial Law underlies much of that work. It reflects a recognized proficiency at trial tasks, from jury selection to closing argument.
Outside of individual cases, Delgado has continued his involvement with bar activities since 2004. That ongoing membership keeps him connected to continuing legal education and the shifting rules that govern practice in Florida. He uses those resources to keep procedural knowledge current and to respond to changes in criminal procedure and evidence law.
His daily practice at Aaron Delgado & Associates blends courtroom appearances, client counseling, and pretrial litigation work. He represents clients in matters that require litigation experience at both state and federal levels. He maintains his standing with The Florida Bar and practices actively in Florida and in federal courts, including appearances tied to his U.S. Supreme Court admission.
As of 2026 he continues to practice law at Aaron Delgado & Associates, concentrating on criminal trial work and litigation in Florida and federal courts.
