About Aaron
Aaron Boudaie completed both his undergraduate and law degrees at the University of California, Los Angeles. He earned a B.A. in Political Science in 2019 and returned to UCLA School of Law for his J.D., graduating in 2022. Those years in Los Angeles shaped his early legal interests and connected him to alumni networks that follow his work today.
After law school Boudaie joined Jeffer Mangels Butler & Mitchell LLP as an associate. He practices from the firm’s Los Angeles area office and has taken on matters that draw on both transactional and regulatory aspects of law. Colleagues describe him as methodical in research and precise in drafting. He has represented clients in filings and courtroom proceedings in the Central District of California and appears in matters before California state tribunals.
Boudaie’s involvement in professional groups mirrors the subjects that surface in his caseload. He holds membership in the Los Angeles County Bar Association’s Real Property Section and participates in the UCLA Real Estate Alumni Group. He also remains connected to the UCLA Environmental Law Alumni Network. Those affiliations reflect an orientation toward real property and environmental issues, from land use questions to contractual disputes tied to development and remediation.
On routine matters he assists more senior attorneys in preparing due diligence, drafting purchase and sale agreements, and compiling regulatory submissions. He also helps manage factual development for litigation and administrative proceedings. In court filings and agency interactions he tends to emphasize documentary clarity and adherence to procedural deadlines. That approach aligns with the sort of matters often routed through his practice group at the firm.
Outside of casework Boudaie stays engaged with alumni groups and local bar activities that keep him connected to both practitioners and policy conversations in Los Angeles. He has been active in section meetings and alumni events that convene lawyers working on property and environmental law. Those contacts shape the practical perspective he brings to client files.
He is admitted to practice in California and to the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California. He remains at Jeffer Mangels Butler & Mitchell LLP, where his work continues to center on real property and environmental matters.
