About Aaron

Aaron Archambault combines technical training, business schooling and recent legal education in a career that moves between entrepreneurship and law. He began in information technology, returned to school for an MBA and finished a law degree during a period of career transition. His path gives him fluency in technical concepts and commercial considerations, which he brings into his current work.

He earned a Juris Doctor from New England Law | Boston in 2022. Before law school he completed an MBA at the Rochester Institute of Technology in 2017 and a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology from the University of Phoenix in 2006. Those credentials trace a steady shift from hands-on technology to business strategy and, finally, legal practice.

Archambault’s entrepreneurial career dates back to the late 1990s. He founded and has served as CEO of IPNetVoice since 1998. That long tenure as an operator and executive shaped his approach to problem solving. Running a company for decades exposed him to commercial decision-making, contracts and the operational realities that lawyers and clients must address.

After completing his law degree, he founded Globalwide IP Inc in 2022. He maintains offices associated with GlobalWide IP and Global IP. That move marked his formal entry into practice under his own firm name and aligned his legal credentials with his prior business experience.

He is active in the New Hampshire legal community and holds membership in the State Bar of New Hampshire. He is authorized to practice in that jurisdiction and structures his practice around matters that commonly arise where technology and law intersect. His background in information technology and business gives him a practical perspective when assessing technical issues and commercial risks.

Clients and colleagues describe him as someone who traces a problem from its technical roots through to contractual and legal implications. He approaches disputes and agreements by breaking them into their component parts — technical, financial and legal — and then addressing each element in turn. That method reflects his combined training and long experience as a founder and executive.

Archambault continues to run business interests while practicing law. He splits time between managing corporate responsibilities and advising clients under the Globalwide IP Inc banner. He practices in New Hampshire and concentrates his legal work on intellectual property and related commercial matters.
