About A. Conrad Bareford
A. Conrad Bareford III earned his J.D. from Regent University School of Law in 2005. He went on to build a regional practice grounded in litigation and insolvency work, and over the years he has gained credentials to appear in several federal and state forums. His legal education set the foundation for a practice that spans local courthouse matters and federal filings.
Early in his career Bareford secured the credentials to practice in Virginia and in the federal courts that serve the region. He is authorized to appear before the U.S. Supreme Court, the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern District of Virginia, the Fourth Circuit and the Federal Circuit. His certifications include admission to the Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern District of Virginia, to the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia, and to the Supreme Court of Virginia.
