About Zanib
Zanib Arshed studied psychology at Wayne State University before turning to law. She earned her J.D. from Western Michigan University Cooley Law School. The combination of social science and legal training shapes how she approaches client problems and courtroom detail.
After law school, Arshed entered the field of health law. She is admitted to practice in Michigan and before the United States District Courts for the Eastern and Western Districts of Michigan. Those admissions allow her to represent health care clients in both state matters and federal litigation that touches on regulatory and compliance questions.
She serves as an associate at The Health Law Partners, P.C. In that role she works on matters that commonly arise for providers, associations, and health care entities. Her background in psychology often informs the way she assesses client interactions, documentation and regulatory risk. Colleagues describe her approach as methodical and detail-oriented; she tends to break complex regulatory issues into clear steps.
Arshed also maintains an active membership in the Health Care Compliance Association, a professional organization she joined in 2017. That membership keeps her connected to developments in health care compliance practice and to peers who work on policy, privacy and payment issues. She participates in continuing education and compliance-focused forums that address evolving federal and state rules.
Her work spans routine regulatory counseling, compliance program development and responses to inquiries that implicate federal health care statutes. She handles client communications, assists with internal policies, and supports litigation teams when matters proceed to dispute. She works alongside other lawyers at her firm on transactional matters and practice-level compliance projects.
Outside of specific casework, Arshed remains involved in the practical side of compliance implementation. She advises clients on recordkeeping, reporting obligations and internal review processes. That practical orientation reflects her combined legal and behavioral-science training.
She currently practices health law at The Health Law Partners, P.C., where she represents and advises health care clients.
