About Zachary

Zachary Sinkiewicz entered the legal profession after earning his J.D. from Seton Hall University School of Law in 2021. He completed a law school curriculum that emphasized practical skills and courtroom procedure. Classwork and clinics at Seton Hall offered early exposure to client work and litigation practice. Those formative years shaped how he approaches case preparation and client communication today.

After law school, he moved into practice in New Jersey. He is admitted to practice in the state and has worked on matters that require familiarity with local courts and regulatory processes. Early in his career he took on a mix of transactional and litigation tasks. That mix allowed him to develop drafting and advocacy skills in parallel. Colleagues describe his approach as methodical; he tends to break complex issues into manageable steps and to prepare thoroughly for each stage of a matter.

Sinkiewicz has maintained professional memberships since 2021. Those connections provided networking opportunities and exposure to continuing legal education. He has used those resources to keep current on procedural changes and recent decisions from New Jersey courts. He also participates in internal firm training and peer review, helping newer associates navigate courtroom practice and client intake.

At Stark & Stark he works alongside more experienced attorneys on a range of client matters. His role involves legal research, drafting pleadings and agreements, and supporting trial preparation. He has handled discovery, motion practice and client counseling under supervision. In day-to-day work he balances written advocacy with client-facing tasks, aiming to keep clients informed and to move files efficiently through the system.

Clients and colleagues note his emphasis on clarity. He prefers plain language in client communications and clear, organized briefs in litigation. That preference extends to internal file management. He sees careful documentation as a practical safeguard and a tool for efficient case progression.

Outside the office he has continued to engage in professional development. He attends seminars that focus on substantive New Jersey law and on litigation practice. Those programs inform his courtroom strategy and his approach to settlement discussions.

He currently practices at Stark & Stark, handling matters across New Jersey and supporting the firm’s broader litigation and transactional work.
