About Zachary
Zachary Clayton earned his law degree from the UNLV William S. Boyd School of Law. He completed the rigorous curriculum there and entered Nevada’s legal community prepared to practice. The classroom work at Boyd combined doctrine and practical training. It laid the foundation for the kind of litigation work he would take on in his career.
Early in his career he took cases that brought him into Nevada’s trial courts. He learned to manage the practical demands of injury litigation. That included investigating claims, coordinating with medical providers, and preparing clients for courtroom appearances. He developed skills in negotiating settlements and presenting evidence under the rules of civil procedure and evidence.
Clayton’s work has centered on personal injury matters. He has represented people injured in automobile collisions, on private property, and in other situations where negligence is alleged. He handles the factual investigation of accidents and the legal work that follows: drafting pleadings, taking depositions, and arguing before judges when necessary. He is accustomed to working with experts, interpreting medical records, and explaining complex injuries to jurors and opposing counsel.
Colleagues describe him as methodical in case preparation. He is careful with deadlines and attentive to the details that can shape outcomes. Courtroom appearances are a part of his practice, and he prepares thoroughly for trials and hearings. That preparation informs settlement talks and often changes how cases resolve before trial.
He is a member of the Nevada bar and practices in the state’s civil courts. His practice reflects the realities of injury work: long file reviews, intense client contact, and the procedural rigor required to advance claims. He has experience guiding clients through insurance negotiations and litigating when insurers decline to offer fair compensation.
Clayton is currently an attorney at Wooldridge Law Injury Lawyers. There he handles personal injury litigation for clients across Nevada. His current practice focuses on representing people harmed in auto accidents, premises liability incidents, and similar injury matters.
