About Zachary Adler
Zachary Adler Leacox graduated from the University of Denver in 1997 with a B.S. in finance and statistics. He went on to earn both a J.D. and an MBA from the University of Kansas in 1998. Those dual graduate degrees give him a legal education shaped by business training and an analytical undergraduate background in numbers.
He is admitted to practice in Texas and Florida. After law school he moved into litigation and over time developed experience trying cases. In 2020 he took on a leadership role in founding a plaintiff-side personal injury practice. The shift to running a firm added ownership and operational responsibilities to his trial work.
In 2020 he co-founded Norden Leacox Accident & Injury Law and serves as co-owner and trial lawyer. The firm maintains multiple Central Florida offices, including locations in Orlando, Melbourne, Palm Bay, Titusville and Cocoa. Those offices reflect a regional practice that handles a steady stream of accident and injury matters.
Leacox’s undergraduate training in finance and statistics informs how he evaluates damages and analyzes collision data. He prepares cases by combining factual investigation with numerical assessment of losses. In court he handles motion practice, argues before judges, and tries cases to juries when settlements do not resolve disputes.
His caseload centers on personal injury matters arising from vehicle collisions and other accidents. He manages case development from the initial client interview through discovery, expert work and trial preparation. That breadth of work requires both courtroom advocacy and day-to-day client communication.
Leacox practices from the firm’s Central Florida locations and continues to serve clients in Florida and Texas. He divides his time between litigating cases and handling the responsibilities that come with co-owning a law practice. He now divides his work between trial preparation, client representation, and firm operations. He practices at Norden Leacox Accident & Injury Law and concentrates on representing people injured in motor vehicle and other accidents.
