Zachary A. Kitts is a founding partner at K&G Law Group, PLLC, a boutique law firm located in Fairfax, Virginia. Zach’s expertise in qui tam litigation is particularly noteworthy—he exclusively represents relators (whistleblowers) under the federal False Claims Act and various state false claims statutes. His efforts have resulted in the recovery of more than $118 million for federal, state, and local governments, underscoring his commitment to combating fraud. In addition to his qui tam practice, Zach is recognized as a leading authority on the Virginia Fraud Against Taxpayers Act (Va.
Code §8.01-216.1 et seq.). He played a pivotal role as the principal architect of the comprehensive amendments made to this statute in 2011.
