About Yuriy
Yuriy Moshes earned his Juris Doctor from Touro College Jacob D. Fuchsberg Law Center, completing his graduate law degree in 2008. He completed a law curriculum shaped by New York practice and courtroom procedure during his years at the school. The legal education set the stage for his entry into two state bars within a short span.
He was admitted to the New Jersey bar in 2008 and to the New York bar in 2009. Those admissions allowed him to serve clients on both sides of the Hudson. He joined the bar rolls and began building a practice informed by the procedural and substantive differences between the two jurisdictions.
In 2010 he founded the Law Office of Yuriy Moshes, P.C. The firm grew out of his desire to handle matters directly for clients in metropolitan New York. He established an office in Brooklyn and later maintained a presence in Manhattan. Over the years he has managed a small firm environment and handled filings, client consultations and courtroom appearances that required coordination across county and state lines.
Moshes’s practice reflects the practical demands of representing individuals and businesses in multi-jurisdictional settings. He manages casework, counsel sessions and litigation-related tasks from initial intake through resolution. Colleagues describe him as methodical in paperwork and persistent in pursuing procedural remedies when necessary. He is a member of the State Bar of New Jersey and the State Bar of New York and has maintained those memberships continuously since his admissions.
He runs the Law Office of Yuriy Moshes, P.C. from offices in Brooklyn and Manhattan. His day-to-day work includes client meetings, court appearances and drafting pleadings in matters brought in New York and New Jersey courts. He continues to practice actively through his firm, representing clients in both states.
