William Roger Simon Jr. is a licensed attorney admitted to practice law in the State of California. He was admitted to the California State Bar in 1988. His license is currently in active status. Mr. Simon earned his Juris Doctor degree from Western State University College of Law, now known as Thomas Jefferson School of Law, in 1988. Prior to law school, he completed his undergraduate education at the University of San Diego, where he received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Science of Law in 1985. During his time at Western State University, he was actively involved in various student organizations and developed a strong foundation in legal studies.
Mr. Simon concentrates his practice in the areas of business law, real estate, and trusts. He represents individuals and businesses in matters involving corporate governance, real estate transactions, estate planning, and asset protection. Prior to founding Sollertis, he was the managing partner at a San Diego law firm, guiding it to become one of the 50 largest law firms in the county. He has also owned and managed several businesses and is a licensed real estate broker.
Mr. Simon is an active member of the California State Bar Association and the San Diego County Bar Association. He holds membership in the American Bar Association Section of Business Law. He is also a certified mediator through the San Diego County Superior Court mediation program. Mr. Simon is fluent in English and Spanish, allowing him to serve the diverse communities of California and Texas effectively.
