About William R.
William R. Marth built his legal foundation at Rutgers. He earned a B.A. in political science and German from Rutgers University–New Brunswick/Piscataway and completed his law degree at Rutgers University–Camden. Those years in New Jersey shaped both his academic interests and his early practice choices.
He entered private practice in the mid-1990s. His first roles were as an associate at the Law Offices of Philip Wolf in 1996 and then at the Law Offices of Frederic Rossi in 1997. Within a few years he moved into partnership, joining Aiello, Harris, Marth, Tunnero, Pastor & Schiffman, P.C. as a partner in 1999. The steady progression from associate to partner marked his early career.
Marth is admitted to practice in both New Jersey and Pennsylvania. He is a member of the Pennsylvania State Bar since 1997 and has maintained active standing. He also holds membership that dates back to 1996 and is admitted to the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey. Those credentials reflect experience across state and federal forums in the region.
