About William Joseph Kennedy
Joe Kennedy is a former prosecutor, and now a committed Criminal Defense Lawyer. As a prosecutor, he dealt with tens of thousands of cases and gained treasured experience and insight. Joe is devoted to providing remarkable felony representation for customers going through crook fees.
Joe acquired a B.A. from University of North Carolina Chapel Hill in 2000. He acquired his J.D. from Samford University’s Cumberland School of Law in 2006. Joe is member of the North Carolina Bar Association, North Carolina Academy of Trial Lawyers, Carteret County Bar, and District three-B Bar. He has obtained a couple of honors which includes an AV Preeminent Rating from Martindale-Hubbell, Client Satisfaction Award from the American Institute of DUI/DWI Lawyers, and Superior DWI Lawyer from the National Advocacy for DUI Defense.
Joe and his spouse, Natalie live in Morehead City. Outside of work, he enjoys boating, searching and fishing with Natalie and their dogs, Boone and Beans.
