About William Henry

William Henry Maston attended the University of Pittsburgh School of Law beginning in 1981 and earned his J.D. in 1984. He completed his legal education during a period of change in the legal profession and entered practice soon after graduation. Those formative years set the groundwork for a long career in Pennsylvania law.

Maston built his practice in Pennsylvania, where he has worked as a lawyer for several decades. He established the Maston Law Office to provide legal services to individuals and organizations in the state. Over the years he has handled matters in state courts and before administrative bodies, representing clients in hearings, settlements and litigation.

His day-to-day work has included courtroom appearances, client counseling and document drafting. He has prepared pleadings, negotiated agreements and managed case strategy. Colleagues and clients have come to expect thorough preparation and steady attention to procedural detail in the matters he handles.

Maston’s approach to cases is practical. He assesses a client’s objective, outlines options and pursues the path that best aligns with the client’s needs. He has worked on both contested matters and negotiated resolutions. The practice requires juggling deadlines, coordinating with experts and keeping clients informed through each stage of a matter.

Today he is the principal of the Maston Law Office, operating in Pennsylvania. He continues to represent clients in a variety of legal matters across the state. He concentrates his practice on providing legal services to individuals and entities in Pennsylvania matters.
