About William
William Haro built a steady legal path from South Florida classrooms to the courtroom. He earned a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from Florida International University in 2001 and completed his Juris Doctor at Nova Southeastern University in 2004. Those degrees set the stage for a career rooted in representing people affected by workplace injuries.
Haro entered private practice in the mid-2000s. In 2006 he worked at the Law Office of Richard E. Zaldivar, where he learned day-to-day client advocacy and case management. He handled the sort of routine and contested matters that often test a lawyer’s ability to explain complex rules to people under stress. The early years sharpened his courtroom habits and clarified the kinds of cases he would continue to pursue.
In 2014 he helped found WorkInjuryRights.com and took on the roles of managing partner and head of the litigation department. That move shifted him from associate-level responsibilities to leadership. He began supervising other attorneys and directing litigation strategy. The change also meant he spent more time overseeing contested hearings, motions practice and appeals related to workplace injury and workers’ compensation matters.
Haro’s work often involves explaining benefits rules, medical evidence and whole-person impairment to clients who are trying to regain footing after an injury. He handles claim development, administrative hearings and negotiations. He has managed cases from early claims through contested litigation, juggling medical records, vocational evaluations and insurer procedures. He also mentors junior lawyers and staff on litigation tactics and client communication.
He holds memberships in professional legal associations and remains active in bar-related activities. That participation keeps him in touch with evolving administrative rules and new case law that affect injured workers. He has relied on that network when preparing for complex hearings and when refining office practices to better serve clients.
Colleagues describe him as methodical in courtroom preparation and attentive to client interviews. He writes and edits pleadings himself and takes an active role in strategy sessions. His practice combines client counseling with hands-on litigation oversight.
He practices in Florida and concentrates his work at WorkInjuryRights.com. He currently represents clients in workplace injury and workers' compensation matters.
