About William Colarulo
William Colarulo Jr. has built a legal career in Pennsylvania that includes founding a firm in 2015 and steady practice at established local offices. He combines a liberal arts foundation with formal legal training. He earned a B.A. from Gettysburg College in 2001 and later took his law degree at Temple University.
Early in his career he practiced at Brown, Novick & Colarulo. That period gave him hands-on experience in day-to-day law practice and client work. It also put him in a position to help shape a new venture several years later.
In 2015 Colarulo became a co-founder of Grungo Colarulo. The move from associate-level roles to firm leadership marked a clear turning point. He helped establish systems for case intake, client communication, and firm management while continuing to handle individual matters himself.
