About William C.
William C. Parks took a conventional route into law, beginning with a liberal arts education at Oberlin College, where he earned a B.A. in 2006. He moved on to New England Law | Boston and earned his J.D. in 2010. Those years framed his legal training and set the stage for practice in the New England courts.
After law school, Parks began work in Massachusetts. He is admitted to the bar in Massachusetts and to the United States Court of Appeals for the First Circuit. Over time he developed experience handling matters that arise in both state and federal systems. He maintains an active membership in the Boston Bar Association and participates in events and programs the association organizes for local practitioners.
Colleagues describe Parks as steady in the courtroom and precise in written filings. He has handled litigation that required careful procedural work and attention to appellate timing. He has also worked on matters that required coordinating discovery and briefing across multiple courts. Those practical tasks make up a large portion of daily practice for many lawyers in his region, and they figure prominently in Parks’s work.
His approach in client matters is methodical. He values clear lines of communication and predictable deadlines. He prepares filings to match the expectations of both trial judges and appellate panels. That stance has allowed him to manage cases that move from initial filings through to appeals in circuit court.
Parks established Parks Law Offices as a place to concentrate his practice. The office handles cases that originate in Massachusetts courts and, when appropriate, proceed to the First Circuit. He draws on the regional knowledge he built over more than a decade of practice. The office also serves clients who need counsel on procedural strategy and court navigation.
Outside the office, Parks participates in the professional life of Boston’s legal community. His Boston Bar Association membership keeps him connected to local rules, continuing education, and the city’s legal networks. He is a familiar presence at association events and contributes to discussions on practice trends and court procedure.
He currently practices at Parks Law Offices, where he represents clients in Massachusetts state and federal courts.
