William Antoine Hannosh is a licensed attorney admitted to practice law in the State of California. He was admitted to the California State Bar in 2007. His license is currently in active status. Mr. Hannosh earned his Juris Doctor degree from the Thomas Jefferson School of Law in San Diego, California. Prior to law school, he completed his undergraduate education at the University of California, Los Angeles. During his time at Thomas Jefferson School of Law, he gained practical experience by interning with the San Diego Volunteer Lawyers Program, where he worked in the domestic violence restraining order clinic, providing legal assistance and interpretation services.
Mr. Hannosh concentrates his practice in the areas of family law, elder law, and civil litigation. He represents clients in matters involving divorce, legal separation, annulment, paternity, custody and visitation disputes, and elder abuse litigation. His practice encompasses all stages of litigation, including initial case evaluation, discovery, mediation, settlement negotiations, and trial proceedings in both state and federal courts.
Throughout his career, Mr. Hannosh has handled cases in the Superior Court of California for the County of San Diego. He has also served as a volunteer Pro Tem Judge in the San Diego Superior Court system, presiding over mandatory settlement conferences to help parties reach resolutions in domestic matters. Prior to establishing his own firm, he worked as a solo practitioner in El Cajon, practicing in the areas of family law, elder abuse litigation, and civil litigation.
Mr. Hannosh is an active member of the San Diego County Bar Association and the California State Bar Association. He has been involved in community service through his volunteer work with the San Diego Volunteer Lawyers Program. Mr. Hannosh is fluent in English and Spanish, allowing him to serve the diverse communities of San Diego County effectively.
