About Wilbur D. Owens
Wilbur D. Owens III built a legal path that runs through Georgia courtrooms and regional trial practice. He completed his undergraduate degree at Vanderbilt University in 1983 and earned his J.D. from the University of Georgia School of Law in 1986.
