About Wesley
Wesley Krompier earned his undergraduate degree in criminal justice and political science from Rutgers University in 2017. He stayed in New Jersey for law school and received his J.D. from Rutgers School of Law–Newark in 2020. Those years in Newark placed him in the center of state legal practice and policy discussions, and they shaped the way he approaches client work.
After law school, Krompier began practicing at Krompier Law in 2020. He has worked as a lawyer there since that year. The small office setting means he has been involved in many aspects of running a legal practice, from client intake and case preparation to court appearances and legal drafting. He has spent his professional life practicing under New Jersey law.
Krompier’s work is grounded in his local education and early professional choices. He represents clients across New Jersey and handles matters that arise under the state’s legal framework. That includes advising clients, preparing pleadings, and appearing before state tribunals. He has maintained an active role in the legal community since he began at Krompier Law.
Colleagues describe him as methodical and practical in his approach to cases. He balances attention to detail with an eye on outcomes. Those traits grew from his dual undergraduate study in political science and criminal justice and a concentrated period of legal study in Newark. He applies classroom lessons to client matters and treats procedural preparation as central to effective representation.
Outside the office he has maintained professional memberships since 2020. He participates in the professional life of the bar in ways that keep him connected to evolving practice standards and rules in New Jersey. His practice benefits from that ongoing engagement.
Wesley Krompier continues to practice law at Krompier Law. He handles legal matters for clients throughout New Jersey and provides representation in state courts and forums.
