Warren A. Pulley is a partner at Boxer+Gerson LLP in Oakland, California, specializing in workers' compensation law. He has been a member of the State Bar of California since 1989.
Before joining Boxer+Gerson in 2016, Pulley co-founded Pulley & Cohen in Oakland, where he served as principal founding partner for 15 years. During his tenure, he was recognized as Attorney of the Year by the Workers’ Compensation Section of the State Bar of California in 2012. Pulley earned his Juris Doctor from Creighton University School of Law in Omaha, Nebraska.
He completed his undergraduate studies at the University of San Francisco, obtaining a Bachelor of Science in Biology in 1986. In addition to his legal practice, Pulley is actively involved in community service. He serves as chairman of the scholarship program for 100 Black Men of the Bay Area, an organization dedicated to improving the quality of life within communities and enhancing educational and economic opportunities for all African Americans.
Pulley is also a member of the Charles Houston Bar Association and the California Applicants’ Attorneys Association, reflecting his commitment to professional development and advocacy for workers' rights.
