\n\nMs. Ryan earned her undergraduate degree from the University of California, Davis, and her Juris Doctor from the University of California, Berkeley School of Law. She was admitted to the State Bar of California in 1998.
In 2022, she was admitted to the Minnesota State Bar.\n\nBefore relocating to Minnesota, Ms. Ryan practiced law in the San Francisco Bay Area, representing a diverse range of clients from startups to Fortune 100 companies. She has also taught Business Law at Sacramento City College and served as a Pro Tem Judge for the Small Claims Division of the Sacramento County Superior Court.\n\nIn addition to her legal practice, Ms.
Ryan has been involved in various community organizations. She has served on the Board of Directors for Community Legal in Nevada City and The Nest Family Resource Center. Has been involved with the United Way of Nevada County.\n\nMs.
