About Vinesh
Vinesh Patel built his academic foundation at Stanford, where he completed both a Bachelor of Arts and a Master of Arts before turning to law. He earned his J.D. from the University of Michigan Law School in 2008. That mix of West Coast undergraduate and graduate training followed by a Midwestern law degree shaped a practice that spans state lines and federal issues.
After law school Patel entered private practice and has since concentrated his work on immigration and related federal matters. He is licensed to practice in California and Texas. Over time he established The Vinesh Patel Law Office, PLLC, where he manages client matters and the day-to-day operations of the firm. The office has handled individual and business immigration matters, and Patel has represented clients in administrative proceedings and before federal agencies.
Professional involvement has been a steady part of Patel’s career. He holds memberships in the American Immigration Lawyers Association, the American Bar Association and the Dallas Bar Association. Those affiliations place him in conversation with practitioners across specialties and jurisdictions. He has maintained bar membership and association ties while running his practice and serving clients in both urban and suburban settings.
