Vincent Joseph Russo is a licensed attorney admitted to practice law in California. He was admitted to the California State Bar in 2001. His license is currently in active status. Mr. Russo serves as Senior Counsel at Hoffman & Forde, Attorneys at Law, a firm located at 3033 5th Ave, Suite 400, San Diego, CA 92103-5873. He has been practicing law for over 24 years, representing clients in San Diego and the surrounding areas.
Mr. Russo earned his Juris Doctor degree from Whittier College School of Law in Costa Mesa, California. Prior to law school, he completed his undergraduate education at California State University, Los Angeles, receiving a Bachelor of Arts in Economics. He also attended Tulane University’s Center for European Union Law in Amsterdam. During his time at Whittier College, he gained experience in various legal areas, including business law and real estate.
Mr. Russo concentrates his practice in the areas of business law, corporate transactions, trust and probate litigation, and real estate matters. He has represented clients in complex business structuring, corporate compliance issues, and estate disputes. His practice encompasses all stages of litigation, including initial case evaluation, discovery, mediation, settlement negotiations, and trial proceedings in both state and federal courts.
Throughout his career, Mr. Russo has been admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California, the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California, and the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals. He has also appeared before various state courts in California. Prior to joining Hoffman & Forde, he worked as an associate attorney at a mid-size litigation firm in San Diego for several years.
Mr. Russo is a member of the California Lawyers Association and has been involved in various community activities in the San Diego area. He is fluent in English and Spanish, allowing him to serve the diverse communities of Southern California effectively.
