Vincent D. Howard is a licensed attorney admitted to practice law in the State of California. He was admitted to the California State Bar in 2004. His license is currently in active status. Mr. Howard is the managing shareholder of Howard Law, P.C., a law firm located in Santa Ana, California. He has been practicing law for over 22 years, serving clients throughout Southern California.
Mr. Howard earned his Juris Doctor degree from Western State College of Law at Argosy University in 2003, where he was recognized as a Dean's Scholar. Prior to law school, he completed his undergraduate education at the University of Nevada-Reno, receiving a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology in 1999. During his time at Western State, he was actively involved in various legal organizations and activities.
Mr. Howard concentrates his practice in the areas of personal injury, employment law, and consumer protection. He represents individuals who have been injured due to the negligence of others, handling cases from initial evaluation through trial proceedings. His practice encompasses all stages of litigation, including discovery, mediation, settlement negotiations, and trial proceedings in both state and federal courts.
Throughout his career, Mr. Howard has handled cases in the Superior Court of California for the County of Orange, the United States District Court for the Central District of California, and the United States District Court for the Southern District of California. He has also appeared before the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals. Prior to founding his own firm, he worked as an associate at a mid-size litigation firm in Santa Ana for several years.
Mr. Howard is an active member of the Orange County Bar Association and the Consumer Attorneys of California. He has served on the board of governors for the American Association for Justice and is a founding and current board member of Orange County Trial Lawyer Charities. He is also a member of the National Association of Consumer Lawyers and the American Inns of Court-Robert Banyard. Mr. Howard is fluent in English and Spanish, allowing him to serve the diverse communities of Southern California effectively.
