About Vincent

Vincent Calderone built his legal foundation at Villanova University School of Law, earning a J.D. in 1992 after completing a B.S. at California State University, Dominguez Hills in 1985. He entered the profession at a moment when the landscape of litigation was changing. He moved quickly from classroom to courthouse.

Early in his career he established his own practice. In 1993 he opened the Law Offices of Vincent Calderone. That step came the year after he finished law school. Over the next decade he worked both independently and alongside other firms. In 2001 he served as special counsel at Rushfeldt, Shelly and Drake. The following year he joined Bononi Law Group, LLP, where he practiced as a lawyer starting in 2002. In 2011 he returned to practice under the Calderone Law Office name.

Calderone holds admission to practice in California and in the Ninth Circuit. Those credentials allow him to handle matters in state courts and in federal appellate proceedings. He is an active member of the California State Bar and participates in local bar activities through the Los Angeles County Bar Association. His professional affiliations also include the Consumer Lawyers Association of Los Angeles and the California Employment Lawyers Association. Those memberships reflect areas of interest and sources of continuing education and peer engagement.

His work history shows a mix of solo practice and roles inside law firms. Running a small practice demands both legal skill and management of day-to-day operations. Serving as special counsel required collaboration with other attorneys on complex matters. Time at Bononi Law Group added firm-based litigation experience. The repeated returns to his own practice suggest a professional preference for managing client relationships directly.

Clients and colleagues describe him as steady and pragmatic in court. He handles filings, motions and trial work when cases proceed that far. He has worked on matters in both trial and appellate settings. His membership in consumer and employment associations points to recurring involvement in those kinds of disputes, although his practice covers the broader range of civil litigation allowed by his admissions.

He continues to practice law in California through the Calderone Law Office. He represents clients in state and federal court and handles consumer and employment litigation in California and before the Ninth Circuit.
