About Vincent

Vincent Bianco studied at Hofstra, where he laid the groundwork for a career that has been anchored in courtroom work and procedural practice. His time there prepared him for the practical demands of litigation. He moved from academic study into active practice and kept a steady focus on representing clients before state and federal tribunals.

After Hofstra, Bianco gained admission to the New York bar. He is also admitted to appear before the Southern, Eastern and Western federal district courts. Those admissions shape the contours of his daily work. They allow him to file federal pleadings, argue motions and manage cases that cross lines between state and federal jurisdiction.

He maintains an office in The Lever Building. From that base he handles matters that require appearances in both New York state courts and the federal district courts where he is admitted. He manages docket schedules, prepares briefs and handles client communications related to litigation strategy. Colleagues describe his approach as methodical; he tends to break complex procedural issues into clear steps and to present those steps plainly to clients and courts.

Bianco’s practice involves navigating procedural rules at multiple court levels. That often requires close attention to deadlines, local rules and the differences between state and federal procedure. He has spent years adapting filings and arguments to the expectations of judges in each of the districts where he appears. His work is practical in orientation: drafting pleadings, responding to discovery disputes and arguing procedural motions are recurring tasks in his practice.

Outside of appearances and filings, Bianco oversees the day-to-day operations of cases handled from his Lever Building office. He coordinates with clients, opposing counsel and court clerks to keep matters moving. His reputation among peers rests on consistent court preparation and an emphasis on clarity in written submissions. He currently practices in New York state courts and before the Southern, Eastern and Western federal district courts.
