About Vincent A.

Vincent A. Antoniello has built a steady career in employment and litigation matters. His path moves from large firm associate to in-house secondment and back again, then into private practice. The arc shows repeated engagement with workplace law and the larger institutions that create labor disputes.

He earned a B.A. from the University of Pennsylvania in 1997 and a J.D. from Seton Hall University School of Law in 2000. Those credentials led directly to his first professional role at Lowenstein Sandler PC, where he joined the litigation and employment group as an associate after law school.

At Lowenstein Sandler he handled employment-related litigation and counseling matters early in his career. In 2005 he moved to Connell Foley LLP as an employment law associate, taking on employer-side matters that included investigations and defense of workplace claims. The next year he returned to Lowenstein Sandler in a different capacity: as employment law counsel and director of alumni relations. That position combined practice responsibilities with administrative and outreach duties tied to the firm’s alumni network.

In 2007 Antoniello was seconded to Bristol-Myers Squibb, working on employment law matters on behalf of Lowenstein Sandler. The secondment placed him inside a large corporate legal department, where he worked on daily personnel issues, internal investigations, and compliance questions that arise for human resources and company counsel. The experience gave him a view of employment problems from the client side as well as the firm side.

By 2012 he joined the Resnick Law Group. His role there is listed simply as lawyer. That move marked a transition from firm-managed practice and in-house detail to a smaller firm environment. Public records list him as practicing in New Jersey. He holds memberships in the New Jersey State Bar Association and the Essex County Bar Association, organizations he maintains as part of his professional activity.

Practically, Antoniello’s work threads through litigation and employment counseling, corporate secondments, and alumni relations at a firm level. He has alternated between defending employers and advising corporate clients, assembling experience on both fronts. He currently practices at Resnick Law Group and concentrates his work on employment law and related litigation in New Jersey.
