About Victoria Lyn
Victoria Lyn Anderson built a legal path that begins in the classroom and runs into the community. She earned her Bachelor of Arts in political science from the University of Central Florida in 2004 and completed her Juris Doctor at Barry University Dwayne O. Andreas School of Law in 2007. Those credentials framed an early interest in both law and public service.
Early in her career she is shown working out of a law office in 2003. After law school she entered private practice and, in 2009, joined Anderson & Ferrin, Lawyers at Law, P.A. as a lawyer. Her work over the years has been anchored in a small-firm environment where clients expect direct access to counsel and practical handling of routine and complex matters alike.
Anderson holds several professional credentials outside the bar. She serves as a commissioned notary public in Florida and is a licensed real estate agent in the state. Those qualifications inform parts of her daily practice; they allow her to authenticate documents and participate directly in property transactions when client needs require those services.
She also pursues civic involvement. Since 2016 she has been on the board of directors for BoysTown of Central Florida. That role places her in governance and fundraising conversations for a nonprofit focused on child welfare and family services. The board position is listed as ongoing and reflects a steady thread of community engagement alongside her legal work.
Licensed to practice in Florida, Anderson’s career has stayed rooted in the state’s legal and business communities. She has experience across the routines of firm practice and the administrative tasks that accompany transactional work. Colleagues describe her as a lawyer who prefers clear, practical solutions and who keeps client communications straightforward.
She currently practices at Anderson & Ferrin, Lawyers at Law, P.A., where her work contains elements of real estate transaction handling and notarial services as part of broader legal representation in Florida state matters. Her current practice focuses on real estate transactions and notarial services.
