About Victoria Lin
Victoria Lin Sakamaki is a probate attorney based in Honolulu, Hawaii — She has been practicing law in Hawaii since 2002. Victoria earned her Juris Doctor degree from the William S. Richardson School of Law at the University of Hawai‘i at Mānoa, graduating magna cum laude in 2002. During her time in law school, she was a member and managing editor of the Law Review.
After obtaining her law degree, Victoria focused her practice exclusively on estate planning, probate, and trust administration. She founded KPRESS Law Hawai‘i to provide dedicated services in these areas, aiming to offer efficient and comprehensive probate and estate settlement services across all Hawaiian islands. In addition to her legal practice, Victoria has a strong background in dance. She graduated from the Alvin Ailey School of Dance in New York City and has been both a dancer and a dance teacher.
For 12 years, she coached the 'Iolani Dance Team, sharing her focus on dance with young students. She continues to engage in dance classes for their health, mental, and spiritual benefits. Victoria is also an active member of the Hawaii State Bar Association, participating in the Probate and Estate Planning Section. She is committed to providing focused and thorough legal services to clients handling the requirements of estate planning and probate processes.
