About Victor
A practical approach frames Victor Peña’s path through law and business. He combined language study and international affairs in college, then added graduate degrees that brought law and management together. His formal education includes a J.D. and an MBA from St. Thomas University, both completed in 2013, and dual bachelor’s degrees in International Affairs and Spanish from Florida State University, completed in 2009.
After finishing law school, Peña moved into firm practice. Early in his career he worked at Lawyers Dell & Schaefer Chartered, with records showing involvement there beginning in 2011 and continuing as a lawyer in 2013. Those years provided courtroom exposure and client-side experience. Over time he shifted to build his own practice and to take on broader managerial responsibilities.
In 2019 he established Victor Peña Law, PLLC and assumed the role of managing lawyer. Running a small firm required different skills than working as an associate. Peña took on the administrative and strategic tasks that keep a practice operating, while continuing to handle client matters. He has balanced casework with overseeing the firm’s operations.
Peña’s academic background reflects a mix of international and linguistic study alongside legal and business training. The combination of a law degree and an MBA is reflected in how he organizes cases and advises clients. His bilingual undergraduate work in Spanish and international affairs informs communication with clients and an understanding of cross-border issues when they arise.
Colleagues describe him as methodical in case preparation and straightforward in counsel. He brings an organized style to case files and to firm management. He has experience across the phases of litigation and client counseling that come with several years in practice, from initial intake through resolution.
Outside the office, Peña’s record shows professional memberships, and he has remained active in the legal community while growing his practice. He has kept his practice small enough to maintain direct client contact, but large enough to coordinate with other counsel when matters require it.
He runs Victor Peña Law, PLLC as managing lawyer and continues to handle client work directly. He now focuses his practice at Victor Peña Law, PLLC, where he serves as the managing lawyer.
