Vanessa Jean Cooksey is a licensed attorney admitted to practice law in the State of California. She was admitted to the California State Bar in 2004. Her license is currently in active status. Ms. Cooksey earned her Juris Doctor degree from the UCLA School of Law, where she graduated in 2003. Prior to law school, she completed her undergraduate education at the University of Arizona, receiving a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science in 2000. During her time at UCLA, she was involved in various student organizations and participated in the school's clinical legal education program.
Ms. Cooksey concentrates her practice in the areas of family law, estate planning, and civil litigation. She is also a certified mediator through the Los Angeles County Superior Court mediation program.
