About Uri

Uri Adler earned his Juris Doctor from DePaul College of Law in 2004. He is licensed to practice in Illinois and began his legal career shortly after graduating. His early years in practice established a steady path through private law firms and partnership roles.

Soon after law school he joined Weingarten and Adler. He became a partner there in 2005. Those years put him in the thick of private practice life, handling client matters and the daily demands of a small firm. The position also gave him experience in the administrative and business aspects of running a legal practice.

His professional path led him to Adler & Herbach, where he took on a partner role in 2022. The move marked a new chapter in his practice. It also placed him in an office that carries his name. He maintains current memberships in professional associations and stays active in the Illinois legal community.

Adler’s work has centered on serving clients in the state where he is licensed. He has spent his career in firm settings, representing individuals and organizations through negotiation, filings and court appearances. He handles the kinds of tasks that define day-to-day legal work: counseling clients, preparing pleadings, negotiating settlements and advocating in hearings. Colleagues describe him as steady in the courtroom and practical at the table.

Outside of casework he has been involved in the operational side of law practice. Partnership roles at both Weingarten and Adler and Adler & Herbach have required attention to firm management, client intake and mentoring younger lawyers. He continues to build on that experience at Adler & Herbach. He currently practices at Adler & Herbach, handling client matters in Illinois.
